“The airport shuttle was excellent given the early morning and late evening flights into presque isle, indoor pool and free breakfast plus free parking make it a great place to stay in Presque Isle.”

“It was -12 on Portage Lake and we cranked the heat pump up to 75. The Birds Nest cabin needs another heat source. Upstairs was cold when we got back at 10:30 pm after leaving the heat on all day in the cabin.The two full size beds that are pictured is one that’s on the bottom of a metal bunk bed frame and the other is upstairs where the roof is pitched so one side has no head room to accommodate two grown adults.New owners shut the water off for the winter. Didn’t know that until the day we left...

“Great location. It was newly renovated in 2025 I believe. Great restaurant and bar on site. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger but definitely not a deal breaker. I’d stay there again”
