Hotel vicino a Perkerson Park - Atlanta

“We were there for 3 nights and in all that time the maids did not come in and empty the trash or replenish the towels until the afternoon before we left. Complained to the evening manager twice and was blown off - except she did hand me two garbage bags to put our trash in and handed me a set of towels. Was told that because we were there multiple days they probably didn't want to go into the rooms because most people dont like them coming in. Told her we would have put a dont disturb sigh...

“There was only 1 elevator and it was broken. I was forced to carry my bags to and from the 4th floor. When I requested for a lower level room I was told no. The wall sockets were loose and I had a really hard time charging my phone. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. ”

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Loved th valet service! Easy to walk to State Farm Arena or Mercedes-Benz Stadium. ”

“Negative part: the room was somewhat noisy because of the air conditioning and because of the noise outside. Otherwise the room was quite pleasant. Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned. Would recommend ”

“We got a room whose bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. It wasn't pleasant and my partner asthma got severely activated. When we complained to the property, they gas-lit us and said they were "smoke-free" as if a sign prevented people from acting and as if we made up being severely uncomfortable. We called Hilton, and they said they would address our compliant in 2-3 days but no word back. Honestly stay at StayBridge just down the road. We liked it much better.”

“The breakfast was not great. We ordered waffles and expected to be a freshly made waffles but instead they heated up a Costco style Belgian waffle with sugar pearls. It was very unexpected. But the hotel itself and the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel ”
