“It is a very nice new property. Check in was smooth with no issues. Once we got in we noticed fairly quickly that housekeeping was not good. There was hair in the showers and hair in the king bed. There were towels on the towel bars but when the wife opened the main floor vanity there were dirty towels in it.Not an ideal situation for sure. We had no place else to go. I sent a message to the host and they apologized profusely and thanked me for letting them know. That was it. No offer of sending...
