“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”

“The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. As well, there’s only one parking spot, so I highly recommend parking across the...

“Truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, had all the amenities needed and was in a great location. Instructions sent by the host was very detailed. Only downside was the location for overnight parking but it wouldn’t persuade us from booking here again. Loved being downtown and able to walk to many places. ”
