Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home (excluding the storage shed).

Before arrival, you’ll receive check-in details after completing a quick ID and card verification via our secure guest portal — similar to a hotel check-in process. This helps ensure a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

The open-plan living and dining area flows out to the waterfront deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space where you can relax, entertain, or simply take in the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners, while the lounge offers a comfortable place to unwind with a large smart TV.

Upstairs, the master suite enjoys its own private balcony overlooking the canal — the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee.

For security and peace of mind, the property has external cameras at the front entry and garage, along with a noise monitoring device inside.

Set in a beautiful waterfront location, you may occasionally notice local wildlife or insects — particularly if doors are left open. The home is professionally treated, and this is simply part of the natural coastal environment that makes this location so special.

Cancellations & protection
Our cancellation policy follows the platform settings. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
A refundable security hold is required prior to check-in via our guest link and is released after departure once the property has been checked.

Base pricing includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate up to 7 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.
