Eco Gallery Apartment

Our family has owned and used this stylish studio apartment in the heart of Fremantle since 2021 when our daughter became part of the Circus WA youth troupe. We found ourselves in need of a convenient Fremantle base in which to stay while she was training. We love this apartment and have found it the perfect place for a staycation as it is only minutes’ walk from cafes, bars and restaurants, boutique shopping, the Freo Markets, Bather’s Beach, the Rottnest Ferry and the historic and cultural precincts of this iconic port city.

You can experience all the richness of city life with access to spaces including the Maritime quarter which incorporates the colonial era buildings that make up the Notre Dame University, the modern Wlayalup Library and its Aboriginal dreamtime, and local stories. Located not far from several breweries, the cinema and the Fremantle Ferris Wheel on the Esplanade, there’s something for every traveller.

About the Space

This light, airy apartment is located on the ground floor for easy access with gardens located at the front and rear that guests can enjoy. It comes with a kitchen, well equipped with a range of cooking equipment, ironing facilities and a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair drier. Four guests can be accommodated on two queen sized beds, a Murphy bed and Sofa bed, both of which can be folded away during the day, to create more space and a Window Box Sofa bed. Sofa bed / day bed linen will be provided on request or for booking of over two people.

Parking

One car parking space in the secure parking is available to guests. The parking is accessed off Josephine St using a remote control found in the apartment. Apartment access will be provided upon booking.

Facilities

Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV is provided. Guests can access the communal laundry and use the washers and driers. Reverse cycle air conditioning has been installed for year-round comfort.

Why Eco?

Eco Gallery Apartment was refurbished using environmentally friendly materials such as, urea formaldehyde free sustainably sourced plywood, clay paint, and Livos Oil timber finishes. It is also stocked with environmentally friendly washing products, e.g. shampoos and conditioners etc. Rubbish can be separated into landfill and recycling and you will find a compost bin outside the back door for your food waste.

There is a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep 2 additional guests. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing additional guests so we can arrange sofa bed setup for an additional $30/person/night.

Important Note: A security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to guests within 7 days of departure, subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.
