Vic’s Place is a special project close to our hearts, designed to lap up the slow life here in Falcon Bay.
This build has only just been completed in March 2025. Here, you have your own secluded space completely separate from our home, with your own private parking, entry, garden & patio area at the Granny Flat. A short 450m stroll to the beach & shops, everything you need is walking distance.

- Down the road (450m) to Falcon Bay & multiple beach entry points along the coastal walkway
- Array of calm swimming beaches, surf breaks & sunset locations
- Local ceramic artist @Studio_bythebay located on our street, with private workshops & artisan handmade items on offer (bookings to workshops etc required in advance)
- IGA, Woolworths, First Choice, Fermentum & Co, Cobblers etc all walking distance
- Parks, walkways & picnic areas at your doorstep
- Short drive to boat ramp entry points both ocean & estuary side
- Boat & trailer parking available onsite, please contact us prior if you intend on utilising the space

- 1 x King bed in the bedroom, 1 x Koala Sofa Bed in the lounge (Queen Size)
- Maximum of 4 guests
- Please advise if you intend on using the sofa bed, so that the correct linen can be left for you
- Portacot available on request (no baby linen supplied)
- Highchair x 1 available on request
- Pets are not permitted

- Access to your stay is completely separate from our main house.
- We are also happy to meet guests to welcome you to your stay help however we can.

The space is accessible via lock-box entry & is entirely self contained, with your own private parking & gated access.
We are located on a corner block which has allowed us to provide a completely seperate accomodation - this means you access your stay entirely from the front and are not required to walk through our property to get to yours like some other studio stays. We live onsite with our two children & are available to meet you & assist with your stay should you wish. We have no pets on the property.
