This gorgeously renovated & styled family home, located in the heart of Yokine is the perfect Perth getaway for small-medium sized families. Offering space, style & comfort - you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus amenities are all right at your fingertips! You will have 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen & open plan lounge & dining space. You will also have access to a variety of family-friendly parks - all within walking distance!

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE...

- Stand-alone home with free parking on-site and a private driveway to the front of the property exclusively for your use.

- There are 3 car bays for you to use during your stay. You will have access to 2 x car bays from the front of the property to the single open driveway (tandem parking) and a 1 x allocated bay to the undercover carport with a secured door. *Please note that the garage is not fully enclosed as indicated in the listing photos.

- As soon as you enter the property through the private pedestrian gate, you will be welcomed to the front courtyard, a space that is private and spacious. Offering a lovely entertainment space with an outdoor setting - a rectangular table with 6 x chairs and 2 x wooden lounge chairs with a side table - a perfect space to relax and unwind in the sunshine! The space is paved so it's perfect for your little ones to have fun and run around!

- Enter the property through the timber-framed glass front door and as you enter, you will instantly feel at home! The high ceilings and old character charm of this space and interior styling make the place feel warm and homely.

- The front entrance offers a beautiful entry space with a round wall-mounted mirror, console table, and plush long ottoman bench.

- The dining space is light & bright, letting in the beautiful sunshine from the large windows opposite the space. There is a timber rectangular table with 6 x rattan chairs.

- The lounge space is oh-so inviting! Offering a 3 x seater lounge, 2 x occasional chairs, side table, round coffee table, floor rug, floor lamp, entertainment unit, wall mounted smart TV. The smart TV can connect to YouTube, Netflix, YouTube music, Prime Video plus plenty more - just ensure you have your account details handy so you can log in to your own streaming account - don't forget to sign out at check-out! Need some entertainment? We have available adult and children's reading books and adult and children's games!

- The kitchen is modern and fully stocked & equipped - perfect for short or long stays! Offering a gas cooktop with 4 x burners, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, and full-size fridge/freezer.

- To the rear of the home with will find the laundry, separate toilet, bathroom, and all 3 bedrooms.

- The laundry is functional and modern. Offering an electric dryer, and front loader washing machine. The door takes you out to the rear paved space where the courtyard is. There is also a separate toilet off this space.

- Bedroom 1 offers a beautiful king bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, and a large double mirrored wardrobe for your belongings.

- Bedroom 2 offers 1 x single bed, bedside table/lamp, and a wardrobe for your belongings. To the front of the wardrobe, you will find 2 x full-length mirrors.

- Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, and a wardrobe for your belongings. To the front of the wardrobe, you will find 2 x full-length mirrors.

- The main bathroom is modern and convenient - located close to all 3 bedrooms. Offering a spacious shower, mirrored cabinet, and sink/vanity.

Yokine is a lovely family friendly suburb located just 7km from the Perth CBD.

Located just 240m away (3 minute walk), you will find Mid-Century Café and Collectables, beauty salon & barber shop. Tuart Hill fast food outlets (McDonald's, Zambrero's, Nando's - just to name a few!) are also located 900m (8 minute walk) away.

There is some fantastic parks/reserves which include Knight Avenue Reserve, Woodchester Reserve, Breckler Park, Yokine Reserve, Yokine Play Space and is home to The Western Australian Golf Club.

Mount Lawley restaurant strip is a 13 minute drive away and is known for its great nightlife with popular cafes and restaurants.

Just a 16 minute drive away is Maylands which is known for it's popular café & restaurant strip on Eighth Avenue, sight seeing down at the foreshore where you can walk along the iconic Swan River, Peninsula Farm, Bardon Park, Tranby Reserve plus plenty more!

- There are quite a few bus stops located in walking distance from the complex. The closest is a 3 minute walk (450m) away - the buses here will take you to the Fremantle Station. There are other bus stops in the vicinity which will take you to Oats Street Station, Stirling Station, Perth Busport, Wanneroo, Kingsway City Shopping Centre and Mirrabooka Bus Station.

- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!!

- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
