Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a lovely outdoor space - this home is the perfect place to book a stay with your family.

Located a short 1km from the ever so popular, Victoria Park cafe/restaurant strip, you'll be split for choice with grocery stores, fast food outlets, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, etc.

- Located at the front of the complex (there are 2 properties - one to the front and one to the back).

- Access is via a secured gate with 2 x allocated bays to the driveway.

- Private front entrance.

- Lovely kitchen area that is modern and has been upgraded but still has the 'original' oven as a beautiful centerpiece! Boasting Samsung fridge/freezer with water dispenser, gas cooktop, electric oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, toaster & microwave.

- Beautiful open plan dining & living space with jarrah floorboards. Boasting a gorgeous marble look dining table with 6 leather dining chairs.

- Spacious, lounge area with modular leather lounge, coffee table, side table, entertainment unit & smart TV. There is also a split system to this space capable of heating & cooling the space all year round! Enjoy the convenience of opening the sliding doors to take you right out to the backyard decking/entertainment area.

- Laundry space is located off the dining area, boasting a wall-mounted dryer, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard & bench space. Enjoy the convenience of accessing the side of the property using the door to take you out to the outdoor clotheslines. There is also an extra bathroom located off the laundry boasting a shower, toilet & sink/vanity.

- Bedroom 1 is spacious, light & bright! Boasting an awesome king bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, a walk-in-robe for your belongings & your own private en-suite! There is also a split system capable of heating and cooking this space all year round!

- The en-suite off bedroom 1 boasts a walk-in shower, separate toilet, single vanity with wall-mounted mirror, sink & plenty of drawers to the vanity for your belongings.

- Bedroom 2 boasts a king bed, bedside tables, and lamps to either side, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a split system capable of heating and cooking this space all year round!

- Beautifully renovated main bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, single vanity with wall-mounted mirror, sink & plenty of drawers to the vanity for your belongings.

Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private backyard and 2 x car bays to the front of the property.

- Steve and Kiri live locally in the Perth metro so if you do require assistance, please reach out to us and we'll see how we can be of assistance.

Vic Park is a vibrant suburb located just 10 minutes from the Perth CBD. It is filled with excellent cafes, restaurants, awesome bars, boutique shops, family-friendly parks, markets, and easy public transport!

- The bus stops surrounding the property will take you to Cannington Station, Curtin University & Elizabeth Quay Bus Station.

- Uber, DiDi & Swan Taxi are very popular in Perth, just download the app and you can order a car to collect you and take you to your destination - so easy!

- Noise Monitoring Device: This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.

- Stairs: the outdoor decking has stairs that take you from the decking level to the backyard ground level as indicated in listing photos.
• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
• SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided.
• NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: Some of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.
• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.
• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
• LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay.
• STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up.
• PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking.
