“L'hotel/pub/ristorante è immerso in una atmosfera magica ed affaccia direttamente sulla baia del paesino. Lo staff è veramente cordiale, attento e simpatico. La proprietaria attenta e premurosa. Tutto è nuovo, curato dettagliatamente e pulito. Abbiamo pernottato benissimo nella Captain, una delle camere con affaccio sulla baia. E' dotata di ogni comfort, addirittura le casse per l'ipod. Il bagno è veramente grande e pulito. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante ed era tutto molto squisito così...

“Good position and parking. Great welcome from the employees at the pub in the afternoon. But we found a lot of hairs in the shower and some around the room, good temperature but not good cleaning, also the mugs for tea were dirty from previous usage. No lift. The waitress at the breakfast probably hates her job, was quite cold and served a very burned toast, at my request to change it the reply was simply that wasn't possible.”

"If you need a functional place for a night or two, this hotel does the job well. The furniture and decor are definitely on the dated side, but everything is clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The highlight of the stay was the check-in process—extremely fast and efficient. The receptionist was wonderful, incredibly helpful, and went out of her way to assist us. It’s not a luxury resort, but for a convenient brief layover with great service, it’s solid value for money."

"Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, per questo non abbiamo avuto problemi con la stanza che, per tre, era molto stretta. Il terzo letto, come spesso abbiamo trovato in Scozia, era un divano letto non particolarmente comodo. Il letto matrimoniale, invece, lo era e la temperatura della stanza piacevole. Non posso dire nulla dell’affaccio perché il vetro della finestra (che si apriva solo a vasistas, era satinato. Ripeto, per una notte, nessun problema, ma forse per soggiorni più lunghi, è da tener presente. Non c’era nessun appoggio nel bagno che era piuttosto piccolo. La stanza, però, era pulita. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi non posso commentare nulla, ma mio figlio ha usato la piscina, bella ma è posta fuori dalla struttura, per cui per rientrare in hotel bisogna coprirsi molto bene (visto che i gradi fuori erano piuttosto bassi anche ad agosto!). La palestra c’è, ma molto piccola. L’hotel ha il suo fascino, posto su una collinetta e con un grande giardino molto bello."
