“Room was good. Location excellent. Nearby German club, Steak hotel and cafes. Walking distance to Southbank, city and Kangaroo point for the fit to middling. The pool was quite dirty and univiting during the visit. There's only 1 luggage trolley and if someone has it, it could be hours before you get access to it. Parking to offload luggage is VERY restrictive. 1 or 2 cars at a time IFF one spot isn't blocked. Park across the road (cheap paid parking) and walk your luggage to the entrance if...

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Deluxe Studio - cons -not very deluxe! not well stocked, one mug and one coffee cup for two people. Shower- water leaked out and soaked the floor. Toilet seat very unsteady/loose. Was adequate for us for a one night only stay, due to the darkness of the room that had poor lighting and no natural daylight able to get in due to the high rise buildings all around it. “It suited us to where we needed to be. But the toilet seat was broken, the shower had mold though the grouting and the bathroom floor was really dirty.”

“Loved my room set above the promenade and under the Storey Bridge. Could view the lights in the buildings along the river. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location is fabulous as there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars within minutes and even as well as Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away. ”
