Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. “Great location if you are skiing in Stratton, just 5-10 minutes down the road. House is large enough for 3 families and plenty of games. There was plenty of firewood to keep stay warm and cozy. Only two suggestions would be to have an outlet outside to keep your car warm / charged and the septic system should be looked at as it required an emergency pump during our last day (that he host did promptly).”
