    After a fun day of skiing, swimming or exploring everything Vermont has to offer, relax by the fire while enjoying gorgeous views of the lake and mountains! Then look forward to fine dining in one of many excellent restaurants in Manchester or BBQing on the deck - the choice is yours!

    After dinner go to the patio and enjoy the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows with kids, or fire up the wood burning stove and enjoy your companions by the fire.

    There is also a sauna, a gym, a hot tub, pool table, foosball,, as well as another 4 living areas.

    3 of the living areas have TV and 2 of them have sofa-bed/futon that allow them to serve as an 8th or 9th sleeping space.

    The Appalachian trail is only a 5 minute drive. Manchester Center is 15 minutes, Bromley Ski area is 4 minutes away.

    Swimming, fishing and kayaking, fun right on the property. You won't need to leave in order to keep the children busy.

We had a great stay! The house easily accommodated our large family with multiple generations from 10 to 70 years old. The new trampoline in the water was a huge hit with the kids!

Patrick was a great host. He was easy to communicate with. The house was awesome. The property is great. The kids really enjoyed the private beach and the lake. One of the best places I have stayed. Highly recommend the host and the house.

I will definitely be returning to Pat's home in Vermont. The beach area by the lake is perfect for long afternoons by the water. The trampoline and rafts were very fun for the whole family. The large great room was big enough for all of us to watch movies and play games. The house was spacious that everyone had their own space. That was especially helpful for those who were working from home. The proximity to the mountains and Manchester made it easy to enjoy events taking place in town or on the mountain. It was a fantastic place for our extended family to gather together.Pat was easy to reach and very responsive to texts. We look forward to returning.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing and it was perfect! The house was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Our group enjoyed the pool table, saunas and hot tub as well! They all worked perfectly. There was a slight issue when we arrived at the house but Pat and his team were proactive and fixed it as soon as they could. Overall, great house and would stay again!

Our host , Pat, was very responsive and checked in on us via text which was really appreciated. My adult children and niece and nephew enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The guys even did a little ice fishing and caught one trout and a few perch. We would stay here again!

Just an absolute exceptional property and stay. The house is very spacious, and could accommodate our large Golf group for our vacation. The views are fantastic and all of the amenities right for our group. We will definitely stay here again and the owner was nothing but helpful through the entire process. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Patrick is an excellent host and this property was perfect for our family reunion. The hot tub and sauna were really a treat and very relaxing. We were all able to sit around a table and we had some fun games of pool. Highly recommend working with this host.

Even in the rain it was great!

To celebrate my daughters college graduation I booked this property for the family and a few friends. The weather was cold and rainy the whole trip but we made the best of it. The house is massive and all the amenities inside were great!

Great Place for a Family Reunion!

Our family had a relaxing, fun time at this huge, comfy place by a pretty lake. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and all the watercraft for paddling on the lake. Sweet times!

Beautiful property

Great place to stay with friends for a ski weekend! Awesome deck with hot tub and view overlooking the lake. 10’ to Bromley and 25’ to Stratton. Very responsive host.

Patricks place is amazing. Its more like a mansion than a house. The home is enormous with luxury finishings, chef's kitchen, spectacular views and close to everything. Highly recommended

Amazing House with Spectacular Views

Patrick has an wonderful house and property. It was the perfect place for our families and friends to spend time together. I highly recommend his home. Its in a great location, amazing views, lots of space and he is very easy to communicate with. Definitely 5 stars.

Lovely house!

Just stayed here for a long weekend, and we had a great time! The house is secluded so it was very peaceful. and everyone had a nice time kayaking and playing games. The kitchen is well equipped, so we also enjoyed cooking. It was also great that the owner was really responsive if I had any questions.

Had a family trip to this beautiful home and property to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We had an amazing time! The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The lake and numerous seating areas and firepits were enjoyed by all. There were a couple of relatively minor issues, but Pat, Beth and Omar were quick to respond and super helpful in resolving them and/or answering any questions. All in all, this was a perfect place for our family and friends, and wonderful way for my husband to celebrate his birthday.

Great time at a private lake

My family and I stayed at the property along with several friends. Everything went very smooth and there were plenty of things to do together (hot tub, gym, sauna, pool table, large dining area, fire pit, hiking, etc.). I'd like to go back when it's warmer so we can get into the lake as well.

Family Reunion / Ski trip

Patrick's house is fantastic. It is huge, with high-end features. I loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise as it hit Bromley mountain. We had a wonderful time, with multiple living spaces so there was enough room to be together or to go off and find some quiet space. We are planning on staying again next year.

We had a wonderful time at this house and will probably return. There was plenty of room and activities for the entire family. We cooked inside and outside, made s’mores, played games, used the hot tub and sauna, kayaked, attempted paddle boarding, read, and relaxed. Nearby, there’s hiking in Stratton along with a gondola ride. The bookstore in Manchester is awesome. The adventure activities at Bromley are both challenging and fun. Breakfast at J.J. Hapgood and barbecue from Bromley Market were great, both quite close.

Beautiful views

Patrick has an wonderful house and property. It was the perfect place for our reunion. We spent every night at the firepit overlooking the lake and the mountains. It was beautiful. The House has an amazing view, lots of space and is close to everything. This home did not disappoint. Highly recommend!
