Appartamenti a Perugia

“Couldn’t be a better location - right off of the piazza parking in centro. Apartment is nice and modern. We used the sauna a couple of time while there - felt like a spa. Super clear video instructions on getting into the apartment.”

“Margherita è stata molto cordiale e precisa nelle informazioni.

“Quiet, relaxing and comfortable. It is close to the great town of Assasi, which is great for a walking tour.”

Abbiamo...

“We enjoyed the location and the ease to see the historic elements of Assisi. But the major bad point is that the stove and its oven did not work.”

“Tutto perfetto, grazie mille”

“This apartment near the center of Perugia was fantastic! It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very large living and kitchen area. The apartment was very clean and ultra-modern and the hosts were outstanding. They were easy to communicate with in English and very responsive to any need we had. One amazing thing about the apartment was how quite it became once the windows were closed. Although located above a street filled with shops and people, once you close the windows if...

“Antonia is a great host and her apartment is such a comfortable place to spend days in Spoleto. After the long hours of travel, she provided us chilled fruits and water, which tasted so good! At the end of the Spoleto festival, they celebrate it with a big fireworks show, which we enjoyed so much from her balcony. It was a memorable experience. Thank you for hosting us, Antonia!”

“Me and my family had a great time on the Trasimeno Lake! We have been so lucky to spend the time in gorgeous Villa, with the amazing scenary all around. A wonderfull place we recommand and would like to join again in future. Thank you lovely family! See next time! ”

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!”

“If you are looking for a place that feels like home, to be a part of a beautiful town and its people. This is the place. We were so happy to walk into this home and feel at home. We wanted to cook ourselves, not feel rushed, we walked the town and sat with the locals. Beautiful experience”

“This was a great experience. The owner was very responsive before-hand and gave us the property manager's (Enrico) contact info. Enrico was great. He met us promptly when we arrived and introduced us to the apartment. The apartment is in the historic center of the city. It was huge and wonderfully appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed. The view out the window was pretty special. We would definitely rent this property again if/when we return to Spoleto. Strongly recommended.”

“We spent 30 days in this property and absolutely loved it. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near Perugia and well located to visit Assisi and many other towns in the Tuscan region as day trips. It is a short walk to town with a grocery store nearby and a lovely church 2 blocks away. The owner, Claudio, was super nice and very engaging and communicative. We got to know him and his lovely family quite well during our stay. The pool was great with a wonderful with a...
