Case in affitto a Perugia

“While the property was in the perfect location next to mini metro and restaurants it had some problems. Remote didn’t work whole week, two lighters for stove didn’t work. In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out...

“Ottimo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole”

“Pros: Very friendly host - and dog :) And the recommodations we got was perfect! Cons: Too bad it was autum and no water in the pool - but that we do understand!”

“Struttura molto bella, per gli amanti delle case di campagna. Facile da raggiungere, bella la piscina, ottima la colazione. Provato anche il ristorante per la cena, buono e con prezzi adeguati.”

“We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. ”

“Our family of 3 spent a total of 2 and a half weeks traveling across Italy. This was by far our favorite stay! Servario has created the perfect space for relaxation and peace. La Perla del Lago had everything (and more!) That we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The view and surroundings are incredible, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days hiking and boating under the hot Italian summer was a huge plus! We can't wait to come back! Oh -...

“Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality.”

“Stayed 2 nights in June 2026. Beautiful place with garden and private parking and outdoor terrace - all you can need in quite spacious studio condo. Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...
