“Asked for wakeup call at 7.30am but didn’t receive any. Breakfast omlette was cold.”

“Comfy bed and decent bathroom, but the AC unit was excessively loud so couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, and compounded by the clamor of the early Saturday morning trash collection. Breakfast is very basic. But, a very walkable location.”

“This place is fantastic! We had a King Cottage and it was perfect! Large living area, large bedroom, jetted tub. Location was great! A couple of blocks from downtown and campus.could not have asked for a better experience!”

“I had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of UC Davis, which made getting around incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

“Stayed 1 night - excellent accommodation - would refer anyone to stay. Staff were very helpful, room incredibly comfortable and large, complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Value for money above expectations.”

“Creepy, the headboards were ripped and worn. Lamps were dingy and dented. The property overall looks very old and worn out for a Wyndham property. Nothing like the images. We were put in an adjoining room with someone who was yelling all night. The door was paper thin. The coffee was gross. Not a very comfortable stay at all aside from the mattress, it was comfortable. Check out was odd. I was greeted by a maid who didn't speak English. She pointed to a box that had an Indian man who spoke...

“The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up checking out an entire day early and the staff member at front desk did not care nor ask why I was even checking out an entire day early. If they had even asked or tried to change my room or help at all I wouldn’t be writing this. Don’t waste your time on this hotel stay next door at the marriot.”

“Hot tub jets broken. Hot tub filthy. Toilet backed up, had to get the plunger from the desk to fix. Phone in room did not work. Breakfast was good. With a little work this could be a great hotel.”
