I saw so many reviews about how clean and nice it was so I was excited, but when we got into the room… there were exposed wires on the ceiling. Mystery splatters of something on the walls. We got dingy/stained bedding. The door frame has no latch for the door and we had to pull the door in order to trigger the card reader to open at all.
