Motel a Petersburg

“I normally stay here while visiting my daughters that attend VSU college. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. This past visit was by far one of my worst experiences. The room I stayed in the toilet was not stable to the floor and the handle was broken. When I went to tell the manager his response was there isn’t a maid around to fix it. I said you need a maintenance worker to fix the toilet not a maid. He then said there is no one available to come fix the toilet and if I came back by 11...

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”

“I normally wouldn't write a negative review about a place but, the staff made me feel like it was my fault my room had a roach infection in the HVAC and food and trash was over the floor and behind everything. The bathroom was dirty and so was the fridge. I had to stay up all night to watch my things to keep roaches from getting in it no more rooms was available...but when I walked around the property I saw plenty of vacant rooms ..I did get a full refund next day, and didn't get an apology...
