Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? No table/chairs to sit at to play games, eat, work etc. Pool was not heated for summer and there were some repairs needed but functional. It was a...
