Room was prefect, bed very comfy, reliable WiFi and kitchen equipped very well. 10 minutes walk from Point 90 Mall, The American University, cafes and restaurants. Adding location is very secure and safe. The cherry on top are the staff, very kind, helpful and responsive. And would give them 7 stars. “They simply didn't check me in! They rejected the booking confirmation, leaving me stranded in Cairo at nearly midnight to find a new room. Worst of all, they have still not refunded my money after more than a week - terrible. I will contact all relevant authorities to recover my funds from Hotels.com.”

“Hotel finishing is really not 4*. Service is nice and everything clean. I expected the WC to be didinfected and confirmed by a warranty paper seal (the seal was glued to the toilet cover...) Spa service is nice, not acceptable the absence of towels in the gym.”
