“Ideal place! 2 minutes walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Great view and even greater hosts. Carolina is super helpful and is always there to make sure you dont lack anything. ”

“The ocean veiw suite is the way to go. So happy for the upgrade. You are pool side near the restaurant and you have that spectacular oceanview. I woke up to a beautiful male peacock outside my window one day. I highly recommend.”

“Todo muy excelente, lo único que les recomiendo que deberían de cambiar los colchones de las camas y que tengan cobijas en las camas , sólo tienen sábanas y no tienen cobijas. Pero aparte de eso excelente. ”

“It's a really beautiful property with amazing rooms. There's a new infinity pool area that faces the Pacific Ocean and the skyline (including the statue) of San Juan del Sur. The breakfast spread in the morning is amazing! I also liked the dinner options (pizza night on Wednesday and fresh mahi mahi from the coast).”

“Besides the no hot water, no shampoo, and the fact that my window opened up to where the sheets were hung (not much natural light), the room was fine. AC worked well! Electricity only went out twice for a very short time. Internet WiFi was weak but I could still hop on calls if the camera was turned off. Didn’t hear any loud music (but could hear people talking in other rooms and lobby). Free breakfast was a perk. Fruit was very fresh! Location was excellent. 1 minutes walk to the beach and...

“A nôtre arrivée la chambre semblait propre mais avec une forte odeur à désinfectant, il a fallu que j'ouvre les portes et la fenêtre de la toilette pendant quelques heures pour que l'odeur se dissipe un peu, cependant le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant nôtre séjour de 3 nuits! Mêmes servillettes et mêmes draps les 3 jours et la corbeille à papiers dans la toilette était pleine à craquer car personne venait pour nettoyer la.chambre. Le personnel etait aimable et les déjeuners étaient bons. ”

“The room was higher than we paid elsewhere and very average. It was an extra $50 per night just for A/C. I assume it is because of the location. There were ants all over the walls and the shower was so weak it wouldn’t rinse the shampoo out of our hair. It is a bit of a walk along the beach to get to the main town, so I suggest having a vehicle if staying at this location. Overall the stay was ok, but definitely overpriced for the amenities.”

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
