比較殘舊

廁所不夠清潔很多蚊子，沒有掛衣服的地方，房間內亦冇廁紙及垃圾桶和比較殘舊，相片與真實相差很遠。 個人認為不建議在這裏定房，因很多東西都老化了亦無維修。

방청소를 하지 않아 너무 먼지가 많다. 물론 벌레도...많고 전혀 관리가 되지 않는 리조트이다. 방안의 전기 콘센트 위치도 이용하기 매우 어려운 곳에 있다.

위치는 대체로 나쁘지 않았지만, 객실내부 청결도 및 서비스가 매우 불편하였습니다. 침대 매트리스 스프링도 들쑥날쑥하여 불편하고, 드라이기도 없으며, 화장실도 청결하지 않아 사용하기에 불편하였습니다. 하지만 위치는 좋았습니다.

good location just opposite a great music bar (joe's coffee), the stuff who service breakfast is friendly, but the condition of the room is not really valuable. Has no screen window, not a big deal but makes me dont wanna open it, so can not get any light from outside. Not that bad but not the best.

Descent hotel with nice swimming pool.

Despite the fact that staff spoke little English they have tried their best and been very helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The room we (my partner and I) were staying was on a small size. We didn't spend much time in it but still could do with a bit more space. Food in the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and therefore we did not even try it. There are plenty of places to eat in a very close proximity to a hotel. The swimming pool was really nice and beautifully placed between palm trees. It could probably do with a bit more frequent cleaning but overall it was really nice place to hang around day and night.

Vores ophold på Green Hill Resort var nok det værste på vores 2 mdrs. rejse.. Først prøver de at give os det dårligeste værelse som ligger i den anden ende af hotellet for sig selv, og da vi endelig får det værelse vi har bestilt er der stadig en del mangler. Dynen er ikke ren og vasken på badeværelset er i stykker. Vi henvender os selvfølgelig til personalet, men får bare en ny beskidt dyne og en fortsat ødelagt vask. Grænsen blev nået da vi til morgemmaden kunne se at det vrimlede med rotter i buskadset og hen over gulvet til morgenmaden. Vi valgte derfor at skifte hotel til sidst. Ud over det var det svært at komunikere med personalet i receptionen og til morgenmaden.. Det eneste positive er poolen. God og stor.

Mysigt hotell i liten trädgård

Mysigt hotell med ompysslad liten trädgård. God mat. Trevlig personal varav en pratar ok engelska. Hon höll därför lite extrakoll på att jag hade det trevligt och allt jag behövde. Lite långt till stranden, men en kort promenad skadar sällan. Hade en jättebra vecka.

周りの大きなホテルに比べれば、規模も小さいですが、まあこの辺りのホテルの値段からしたら 安いので、値段相応ってところかな。 規模は小さくても、リゾートの雰囲気は味わえるホテル。 近くには、ショップもあるし、食べるところも困らないし、立地はいい。 ただ、朝食はたいしたことなかった。

Lousy standard rooms in beautiful setting

We were greeted by telling us that I had booked a double when we were actually three (1 adult and a10 year old and a 7 year old). I had to get on the internet to show that the hotel regulations say that one child stays free if in adouble room. Then we were taken (no help with the luggage) to a dark, damp, smelly, simply awful standard room. I said we'd pay the extra for a superior room, and after some negotiation about the price we got the nice room with the open-air bath. The hotel is et in lush, green gardens with a huge pool - truly beautiful. The room was good with weird kitsch decoration (like mona lisa on the wall and plastic flowers), no bed-side table or lamp. The bath is very nice, huge and beautiful. Breakfast was lousy ( soup, rice paper rolls, stale old bread, one kind of jam, one kind of jiuce, one kind of fruit, eggs, milk that was off and cold coffee. During our stay no one really took notice of us, like there was no staff. Green Hills is located across the main road, way from thebeach, which is not exactly a plus. The beach (which can only be accessed by walking through other hotels) is dirty and narrow. During high tide ther is no access as the water comes up to the walls of the hotels. It's too bad that such a beuatiful setting is not combined with any sort of service or hospitality. We were very happy to leave the following morning and to move to the nice part of the beach further south by the Bamboo Village (a wonderful resort well worth the price).

Useless staff

Room was ok we spent most of our time in their lovely pool as the beach here is not what was expected. Black sand and dirty water! Hotel staff did not speak any English and were very unhelpful with our bookings. As such we didn't get to do any excursions and struggled to book our transport to Ho Chi Minh.

Medium hotel not on the beach

Hotel is not on the beach but on the other side of the street. Hotel is design for Russian tourism not for north America customers. Shower and toilet are on the same spot. As such floor of the washroom is wet after a shower

Green Hill Resort & Spa - Ein Albtraum

Dieses Hotel ist ein einziger Albtraum und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Team spricht bis auf eine Person (die Rezeption) kaum englisch; nicht einmal die einfachsten Kenntnisse sind vorhanden. Die Anlage ist schön grün, der Pool groß, Poolliegen sind genug vorhanden. "Lakeview" gibt einem die Aussicht auf einen kleinen Teich mit Bachlauf, der milchig-weiß schimmert und wahrscheinlich schon abgestorben ist. Das Hotel hat große Probleme mit Kakerlaken. Da schwimmt mal eine im Pool mit oder sie fällt einem beim Duschen auf den Kopf. Tote Kakerlaken bleiben mal einen Tag liegen bevor man sie wegkehrt. Zimmer werden vielleicht 2x in 2 Wochen geputzt. Mir wurden 2x Handtücher zum Wechseln gegeben, 1x wurde das Bett neu überzogen, nach Toilettenpapier musste man fragen. Wenigstens das Bett war schön groß. Hotel hatte auch öfters mal Probleme mit der Stromversorgung, grade am Abend. Absolut ungenügend war das Frühstück. Es gab morgens ein Reis- oder Nugelgericht, manchmal Suppe dazu (eher selten). Salat der manchmal schon braun war, rohe Tomaten und Gurken. Weißbrot das am ersten Tag knusprig war, aber am fünften nicht mehr geschmeckt hat. Wenn möglich sollte man zum Frühstück irgendwoanders hingehen. Restaurant war weder am Mittag noch am Abend besetzt obwohl das auf der Homepage angegeben war. Aber bei den Erfahrungen sollte man auch hier woanders essen gehen.

This is at best a 2 STAR hotel! So disappointed!

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. It has no rating by the Vietnam Tourist Bureau. I feel I got ripped off and that they have grossly misrepresented themselves. We had no hot water for 1.5 days of our stay. After arguing for a day and a half they actually had to install a small hot water machine for our shower. They were going to force my daughter to sleep on the floor even though I booked for 3 people. There was no security. They simply left the keys (lobby is a desk in a driveway) on the desk and the guy was sleeping in a cot beside the desk. I could have taken anyones key. They ran out of food during breakfast at 830am both days and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for breakfast. I reserved the "lake view" bungalow. There is no "lake" but a dirty pit like hole no bigger than a bathtub. It is not on the beach even though the amenities description calls it a beach resort (I copied that statement below). We actually left after the second day to Coco Beach resort that is only a 3 star, but it was so beautiful and actually had SERVICE! I want a refund for my last two days. This hotel is not a Spa/Resort. It is a basic 2 Star hotel with a pool. "This beach resort also offers tour/ticket assistance, a garden, and laundry facilities. For a surcharge, a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) is offered to guests. Onsite parking is complimentary. (On-site parking is regular sized house driveway)"

Not on the beach, but had a great pool and rooms

Stayed in the bungalows, the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom!! And thats a good thing!! Very comfortable and everything was new. Pool was great, and the location of the hotel was perfect: close to restaurants on one side and the good part of the beach on the other side, plus it was across for the best bar around!!

Nice grounds and pool

I originally booked a room for 2 but changed to a room for 4 over the phone a few days before arriving. The man I spoke to appeared to understand everything I said, quoted me a new price and everything seemed okay. On arrival it appears that the man had failed to tell anyone about the change and no room was available. In the end a bed was put on the floor (which is fine) and I was charged more than the agreed price. I would recommend ensuring that an email is sent confirming details if you need to make any changes to avoid this misunderstanding. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in Vietnam (I'm guessing because of the pool). Outside bathroom was a novelty but had no hot water which might be fine in summer but not in winter! No top sheet on bed and an ill fitting bottom sheet meant sleeping was a bit uncomfortable (when I asked for a sheet I was supplied with a thin single bed sized quilt). Overall though the room and settings are quite nice and the staff are friendly.
