“This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We walked into a room that smelled like mold and looked like it had not been cleaned properly. The mirror had water stains, the floors didn’t appear to have been mopped, and the toilet was not clean either. On top of that, half of the outlets in the room didn’t work, and several lamps were completely nonfunctional.
The hotel also failed to provide basic toiletries. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner in the room, so we called the...
