“Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. It is a service fee which includes cleaning so it is not the customer’s job to clean up before enjoying the place or before leaving. The WiFi was not the best. It kept cutting out on both TV’s. “Clean property with helpful staff. The location is fantastic because you are attached to a mall and there is a private entrance to the mall for those in the hotel.”
