Nice small cozy apartment

Was traveling for the weekend with my children and this place was the perfect size. The host was even generous enough to leave me birthday balloons. I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

Neighborhood was surprising helpful.

Overall, the property was nice and comfortable. The only concern was that the floor going into the bathroom was a little soft.

Good trip few concerns

This location may not seem desirable but it was a very safe place. Short trip from the airport which was helpful. A few minor things need to be repaired and maintained but otherwise I would stay here again

Darby stay

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Was glad I did not have to parallel park. Parking was right next to the apt and loved the easy way to get in and out of the apt.

Great Communication

The host was amazing! He quickly responded and fixed an issue we had with the water. He restocked our coffee and water without being asked. He checked in with us to see if we needed additional towels. He was a pleasure to rent from!

Decent place to stay. Clean. Great host. Area was not ideal, but we made it work for a couple of nights. There is a bar across the street and it got a little roudy Saturday night and there were cops and an ambulance called; Not sure the situation. Train comes through every few hours right by house which was slightly annoying and scary when you're asleep.

My husband and I did not stay there. We got in late evening on our flight. The neighborhood was dark and we could not figure out which apartment it was from the street and didn’t feel comfortable wandering around trying to find it at 11 pm. Stayed at a residence Inn instead

Very close to freight train tracks.

We only stayed one night and would like the remainder of the stay to be refunded. The oven door fell off. The bathroom was not terribly clean. The 3 bed bedroom had plaster flaking off of the ceiling. The host was extremely easy to contact and accommodating. He did say we should receive a refund for the additional 3 nights.

Family Xmas mini getaway

Our overall stayed was okay because this place was closed by to all places we wanted to visit not more than 20 minutes away. Although I do have an honest opinion because I am a clean freak and have kids and I want to recommend them to have a little bit more cleanest and a upgrade in the future. I can’t complaint communicating with them because I was answered in a very friendly/speedy manner, there I give them 5 Stars. Also for the price and size of the house you can’t bit it 😉. Thank you!

**Hidden Gem**! This listing is super cute! Many have said cozy and i have to agree. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is a bit concerning as i went to the corner store and did not feel safe. But once inside the home i never felt unsafe. Unfortunately thats like a lot of city neighborhoods and it didnt bother us! The hosts keep you updated and are quick to respond with any questions. There is a coffee station provided which was very appreciated! The water pressure is great, The beds are comfy! Our family loved it and would recommend it to anyone!

Nicht noch einmal...

... die Wohnung war sauber, und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war gut. Er war immer bemüht und erreichbar. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Die Couch war jedoch sehr abgenutzt. Der Fussboden war schief sodass z.b. der TV Schrank nicht offen blieb und man auf den Küchenstühlen schief saß. Die Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer funktionierte gut... die im Schlafzimmer war älter und sehr laut. Küche und Flur und Bad waren nicht klimatisiert. Das Waschbecken wirkte alt und abgenutzt... es fehlte der Stöpsel, weshalb man immer in den Abfluss schaut...nicht schön!! Die Wohnung war voll mit kleinen Fliegen (Fruchtfliegen??). Die fliegen sind überall gewesen und haben sehr gestört. Überall lagen auch die Toten fliegen auf den Möbeln. Das war nervig und eklig. Die Lage ist auch sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung liegt 10 Meter von einer Bahnstrecke entfernt, wo in unregelmäßigen Abständen, aber auch mitten in der Nacht und früh morgens , laut hupende Züge vorbei fahren. Man kann also wegen der Züge und der fliegen nicht gut schlafen. Die Wohnung liegt auch in einer sehr armen Gegend...die Häuser sind alle in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Von dort kann man auch Philadelphia nicht gut erkunden weil man länger mit dem Auto in die stadt fahren muss. Ich kann die Wohnung leider nicht empfehlen
