“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. “I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. Despite it being in town it was very quiet and easily accessible. Parking is on the street and not the alleyway but we were able to find parking easily. I will...

“It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.”
