“The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it. ”

“Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. ”

“When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. Upon arrival the second night, the keys didn’t work and found out they didn’t have me in the system even though I paid for 2 nights so it was another hassle to get to the...
