“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...

“Overall, my stay was satisfactory; however, the communication throughout the experience left much to be desired. The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been. When traveling, a welcoming and courteous front desk experience sets the tone for a guest's stay. Unfortunately, the lack of engagement and poor customer service created an uninviting atmosphere.
