The service is so bad, breakfast is poor and no restaurant around, only a Wendy. Also very bad service

I can only give this hotel 1 star based on my actual experience. First, the elevator on the third floor has not been working properly for several days. You can go up, but you cannot use it to go downstairs, so we had to take the stairs every time. This went on for days without being repaired. Second, the breakfast was exactly the same every day, with basically no variety. The biggest issue was the front desk service. The female staff member at the front desk was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The service was nowhere near what I would expect from a hotel with such a high rating. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained. The water level was too low, the water was not warm enough, and there was water all over the floor around the pool with no one cleaning or taking care of it. I honestly don’t understand how this property has a 9+ rating. That rating does not reflect my experience at all. Based on what I personally saw and experienced during my stay, this was definitely a 1-star experience.

Breakfast was great. Front desk at times were hard to reach, somewhat not helpful especially with a leaking sink issue. Parking lot was empty but the front desk said they entire hotel was at capacity and didnt want to change our rooms. Otherwise it was okay
