“This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. “The best thing about this location is the private garage parking. Large enough for 2 cars. The living area is basically 2 suites with 2 bedrooms/2 baths on each floor. There is access to the rooftop with beautiful views.”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...
