“The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. ”

“The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental.
