Perfect location, wonderfully separated bedrooms. Well-equipped apartment! The front room is loud bc of the alley, but white noise does the trick! Would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay

Right smack in the middle of fun bars and places to eat. Gayborhood is right around the corner! The host was super communicative. Only stayed the one night but next time I plan on staying the weekend, I will book again.

What a lovely spot to land in Philadelphia. In town for a conference in central city, I loved how walkable it was to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. And the amenities in the apt made my stay easy. You can hear the apartments above you pretty clearly, and the outside alley was loud. So if sound bothers you, this may not be the spot for you.

Good location

Good spot to go if you’re not trying to go to bed early. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and can be a little noisy at night. Some blackout curtains would have been nice to have also and as the light comes through at night. But it was easy to access and the host responds very quickly.

Right in the heart of Philadelphia!

This was one of a few listings that had separate bedrooms. The fold out couch had a bathroom. While it was a bit noisy on the alley across from a lively bar, the blackout curtains helped a lot. The other bedroom featured a king sized bed and its own bathroom. The two were united with a kitchen. This was perfect for what we needed: a nice place to stay after long days of being out and about. So, for the price, this should be on your list! Especially if you have two unrelated people traveling together.

Nice simple apartment but location was unexpected

The apartment itself was very clean and organized. We hadn't realized that the second bedroom is also the living room, and the second bed is a sofa bed. It's a simple space, with a stove and cooking supplies but no microwave. It's a 10-minute walk to the convention center and there's a parking lot across the street. Iyad was very nice and responsive, letting us check in early which was helpful. Instructions were clear and it was easy to get in with the code. The main downside for us was location. The master bedroom shares a wall with a club, so we were listening to music through the wall until 2am. The other bedroom is across the street from another club, so the noise from the crowd came through the thin windows. Unfortunately this meant that none of us got good rest during our stay. Overall, the apartment itself was simple and nice - but the location is not well suited for someone who likes to go to bed early or has kids. I think this would be a great place for a small group looking to engage with the Philly night life.
