Summary:
Stay in the heart of Manayunk, steps from the neighborhood park and Main Street. We have completely updated our spacious two-bedroom, bi-level unit with a modern kitchen and bath. This is the largest of the 3 units in our building, all of which are Airbnb's.

The most comfortable beds, plush towels, high pressure shower heads, stylish decor, modern kitchen & desirable location are what make our place the perfect home away from home destination.

The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and stylish two-bedroom, bi-level unit at 201 Hermit St, Philadelphia, PA. Situated just steps from the neighborhood park and the bustling Main Street, this modern retreat is the largest of the three Airbnb units in our building, offering an exceptional home away from home.

Stay in the heart of Manayunk, where you'll be a short stroll from vibrant Main St. Explore local shops, indulge in delicious dining, and enjoy the lively nightlife. The neighborhood park, perfect for a relaxing walk or picnic, is right around the corner.

The second bedroom includes two queen-sized beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. Both rooms ensure comfort and tranquility, with plush linens and plenty of storage.

Guest Access:
Self Check in with personal code for smart lock. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. There is a shared front door to the building and vestibule.

The Neighborhood:
We love Main Street Manayunk for its local shops and restaurants -- Pilgrim Roaster and Volo Coffee are two of our favorite places to grab a cup on the go and the best margaritas can be found at Taqueria Feliz at happy hour! Stroll the streets on Thursdays in the summer for local events, movie nights and more.

Please note: Parking is extremely limited and on a first come-first serve basis in the neighborhood. There is free, unlimited street parking on a few of the surrounding streets but this is subject to change as the city increases parking restrictions during certain hours. The nearest paid parking lot is located at 4000 Main Street and is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We suggest unloading all belonging before parking in the lot as there is an uphill walk back to the apartment. If you do find a parking spot, we suggest leaving the car parked and walking or using ride-share.

Getting Around:
Wissahickon Train Station is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The train takes you to Center City in about 20 minutes. You can purchase train tickets on-board (cash only) for $6. There are no options to buy tickets at the station but once you arrive in Center City (Jefferson Station, Suburban Station, 30th Street Station) there are ticket counters.

Free street parking is available on Hermit St. and all surrounding cross streets. Parking after 6pm can be difficult so if you find a spot and plan to go out, we recommend walking or taking the train or car service.

**Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation**
**This unit contains two sets of steep stairs**
**The bathroom is on a separate floor from the bedrooms**

Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.

📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!

Such a pleasant stay. Everything was within walking distance. The splash park across the street was such a nice treat for the kids.

Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. We were able to cook some nice meals. Plenty of linen and bath supplies. Comfortable living space. Stairs are steep and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great well managed place. Would definitely stay again.
