« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $200
30+ Nights : $300

Good but a bit long on the tooth

Good but not quite up to the standard of other studio rentals in the building. Both in terms of structure (shower) and amenities (see photo of one of the towels provided).
