Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis only at the discretion of the Host!
We welcome well-behaved pets with a fee of $50 per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. The total pet fee for any booking will not exceed $200 on a monthly basis per pet.
1-6 Nights - $50/Pet
7-21 Nights - $100/Pet
21+ & Monthly - $200/Pet*
*Max $200 per Pet per Month*

If you wish to be approved, please reply with the type of pet, the number of pets, and the size, height, weight, and breed (if applicable) of each pet.
Please note after being approved you must agree to the following:
a. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Any mess or damage caused by pets must be reported immediately to the host.
b. Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests or neighbors. Excessive noise, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
c. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Guests should bring their own pet beds or blankets to ensure their pets are comfortable during their stay.
d. Leash and Containment: Pets must be leashed or appropriately contained at all times when outside the listing. This is to ensure the safety of the pets and to respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors.
Please note that failure to comply with these pet policies may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, or termination of the booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a pet-friendly environment for everyone.
On the day before your arrival… we will submit a resolution link to your inbox for the payment of the pet fee. Simply click on the link and make a payment.

Remember door codes will not be activated until payment is made.
★ Driver`s licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the house.
★ No Loud music or disturbances… “Quiet Hours After 10:00 pm”
★ Please follow the instructions: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out by 10 AM
★ Do not disrespect our Neighbors.
★ Please be advised that we DO NOT allow mail/package deliveries. We cannot be held responsible if a package goes missing. Please feel free to utilize the nearest UPS or FEDEX Location.
★ No burning candles, incense, or any other open flames.
★ No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
★ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like.
★ Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
★ Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
★ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. We’re unable to store or ship any items left behind after checkout.
✔FEES: Undeclared or Unauthorized Extra Guests or Pets – Each person/pet not stated in the number of guests in your reservation, will be charged, per night, per guest with an extra $50/guest or pet.
✔ FEES: Unauthorized Late Check-Out: Every 30 min after standard check out time will be an additional $75.
✔ FEES: Hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee $100/hour.
✔ FEES: Lost KEY or KEY FOB or PARKING ACCESS SWIPE CARD will result in a $300 charge to replace and rekey the apartment complex. Please keep it safe and with you if you leave the building.
✔ FEES: Lost PARKING PASS TAG will result in a $200 charge to replace and rekey. Please keep it safe.
✔ FEES: Failure to send a photo of any associated Parking Passes, Keys, Key Fobs, Garage Remotes, or Swipe cards will result in a $100 charge
✔ FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 Charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary. Smoking will also incur a $500 OZONE TREATMENT!

**Long-Term Stays**

1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.

2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.

3) We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
