A $69 Damage Protection Program fee is applied to each reservation and provides coverage for accidental damages of up to $150, subject to the program’s terms and conditions.



🚗 Parking



Please note that on-site parking is not available. Paid parking options may be available nearby, including metered and street parking in the surrounding area.



Street parking in Northern Liberties may include:



Metered parking: Paid during designated hours; some spaces may be free during evenings or Sundays.

Permit parking: Certain areas require a residential parking permit. Please check posted signs for restrictions.

Free street parking: Available in some areas but limited and can fill quickly, especially during busy periods.

🪪 Guest Verification Requirements



For property security and compliance with applicable requirements, guests may be asked to provide:

A criminal background check, when required by the property management company or owner



All guests staying at the property are required to provide a valid photo ID.



Building Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, an accompanying guest who is 21 or older must make the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and remain at the property throughout the stay.



The information collected is used solely for screening, verification, and property security purposes and is not intended for any other use.



📄 Rental Agreement



All guests will be required to review and sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:



You are agreeing to abide by our rental terms and conditions.

You will provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

You may be required to complete a background check if required by the property management company or owner and permitted under the rental agreement.

Check-in instructions may not be provided until the required verification process has been successfully completed.



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking. For same-day reservations, the required information must be submitted within 1 hour of booking. Reservations that do not meet the applicable verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.



🐾 Pet Policy



Pets are allowed, subject to size and property restrictions. Please notify us before bringing a pet and provide accurate information about your pet. Failure to disclose a pet in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation.



Additional pet cleaning fees apply per pet:



1–4 nights: $35 per day

5–29 nights: $250

30+ nights: $400
