Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $500 in penalties.

Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.

Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $1000 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

If the police are called to the residences, your reservation will immediately be cancelled and you will be escorted off the premises without refund.

Our stay at "Where Rock & Roll Royalty Crash" was truly a wonderful and luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. Every detail of the apartment was impeccable, from the top-of-the line appliances, to the elevator, to the comfortable bedding, and more! Our family of 9 adults enjoyed the location, placing us within walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. We highly recommend "Where Rock & Roll Royalty Crash" for anyone looking for a premium, comfortable, and well-located place to stay while visiting Philly! We can't wait to come back!
