“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! ”

“Roads were closed around the hotel due to a running event, yet the hotel offered no warning or guidance. As a result, we spent an hour in the car trying to drive the last half mile to the hotel. This was disappointing.”

“I have been attempting to resolve an issue that I was fooled by the front desk was just a call away from resolving. Instead, I can’t get anyone on the phone and neither could Expedia. So now you lied to me about the incidentals fee, ruined my 18th year wedding anniversary AND can’t be bothered to answer the phone or respond to emails from Expedia to make any of it right. So tiny rooms, high price, terrible service and false ownership just to get your frustrated guests out of the way? Got it!”
