The building is on an unattractive street next to a parking lot and a garage and inhabited by a few unhoused persons. Still the surrounding area beyond this one block is quite nice. “I highly, highly recommend! Great location (hipster, cool vibe and location), the property is lovely (the room was huge, clean, modern and had all the amenities). Check-in was via text. We got a code, and it worked for the door to the lobby and to the room. Whenever I had a question, sent a text and received a response a few moments later. Only drawback was TV - Roku.
