Residence a Phillip

“Stanza in posizione molto rumorosa. Accanto ha un pub ristorante birreria con musica che rende impossibile dormire Assolutamente da evitare”

“Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering. I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit. My car parking bay was straight outside the door. There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending. The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket. The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable. The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained. There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful. Staff...

“Clean close to shops”

“We stayed in 1 bedroom cottage which was lovely and spacious. As we were there in October cottage was quite chilly at night there are heaters and lots of blankets/throws but just should consider adding robes and slippers.”

“Cabina ben attrezzata vicino a spiagge e Penguin Parade”

“Camera pulita e carina. Funzionava tutto benissimo”

“Very nice facility. Very clean too.”

“Overall great experience”

“Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. Was a bit further out of town than what I was...

“Great stay, we loved the property and the area. Spotless villa, had everything we needed for our stay and the host was great. Definitely recommend staying here.”

“A beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom hotel apartment with excellent amenities and very clean in a prime position, opposite the beach in Cowes and near the town centre. Staff very friendly. Efficient check in and check out. Definitely recommend.”

“Roomy and clean accommodation within walking distance of heaps of amenities. Quiet location, a great stay”

“The property is a little tired, scratches and marks on walls. Outside landscaping very ordinary. ”

“Great value for money, secure, clean and private. This place was great for a one or two night stay. Close to surf beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Owner is pleasant and easy to deal with. Great little find.”
