Splendida casa con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni su 300 'di bella facciata di un pescatore su un terreno boschivo di 5 ettari. Smetti di cercare .... qui è dove vuoi trascorrere le tue vacanze con la famiglia o gli amici.

I servizi di questa casa di 3500 piedi quadrati sono troppo numerosi per citarli ma includono un camino a gas, aria condizionata, camera 12x12 tre stagioni, lussuosa master suite, pavimenti in legno di noce americano e un bar personalizzato per gustare un bicchiere di vino dopo una lunga giornata sul lago.

Il livello principale comprende due camere da letto, una con due letti queen e un letto singolo nell'altra, così come il bagno completo. Al piano superiore troverete due camere matrimoniali. La camera da letto principale vista lago ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato completo e la camera da letto principale vista foresta ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completo. Nel seminterrato a piedi troverete una camera da letto con un letto singolo e un bagno completo.

Le viste occidentali sono spettacolari e sono superate solo dalla pesca eccezionale su questo lago premier. Il lago Solberg è un lago di 915 acri che è noto per il suo muskie, il bass e il glaucoma e il pesce pan e altro ancora !!! I pescatori di tutto il lago vengono a pescare di fronte a questa proprietà !!! È inoltre possibile nuotare, andare in barca, sci nautico o jet-ski. Forniamo il tuo molo personale e il molo per le barche. Ci sono anche 2 kayak e una barca a remi per il tuo divertimento.

L'autunno e l'inverno sono spettacolari in questa zona con un sacco di attività da godere !! I colori dell'autunno non sono secondi a nessuno. C'è qualcosa per tutti ... siamo a pochi minuti dallo sci di fondo. Centinaia di miglia di motoslitte e sentieri ATV-UTV sono proprio fuori dalla nostra porta. Se questo non ti sta chiamando, perché non rannicchiarti davanti al camino con un buon libro e lasciare che la bellezza del tuo circondare rienergici la tua anima.

This property was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our group and we had a lot of fun. We had 7 people with plenty of beds a bathrooms. The boat and kayak were nice to ise and the pool table was great. There were a few minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and help with the problem. I would recommend this house to any large group. It's hard find 4 full bathrooms.

What a beautiful cabin and peaceful location! Everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was clean as a whistle, beds were comfy. Plenty of room for everyone! The house was great, there was plenty of room for our party of 12 and the house had everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. We were a bit surprised by the condition of the lake in front of the property, it was pretty much a frog pond/swampy which made the mosquitoes, black jackets and biting flies a bit hard to deal with, however we did not allow it to ruin our time there, the amenities of the house helped when we needed to stay inside because it just got too bad to be outside. Overall great stay and Scott was great and very responsive.

The house was very comfortable for our family-9 adults, 2 young children-well equipped kitchen, fun room in basement with pool table, large screen TV and bar area. The house AC worked great for the hot weather. And the views of the cove were beautiful. We did enjoy the firepit and the provided wood. The gated deck, dog door, and fenced area for dogs works wonderfully, if bringing dogs along. The only downside of the cove was that it is too shallow for our boat to dock at the boat dock. However, we did enjoy the kayaks. Mosquitos were bad outside, and we had to continuously use spray. Wifi worked best in basement and top floor.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was very lovely and well appointed. Lots of space in each room. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic items like coffee, spices, etc. pool table was nice, TVs worked well and the DVD library was impressive. Having use of the kayaks was also appreciated.

My family loved the stay at the cabin in Phillips Wisconsin. There was enough room for 6 adults, 5 children and 3 dogs. My only issue with this property was the communication with the host was not what I had expected. During our stay i had some questions that i asked the host both by personal phone number (text) and vrbo email and never heard back throughout our stay. This was the only negative comment i would have about this property. Apart from the communication error we loved this cabin.

Our stay was great, the house was clean and very accommodating for our family. We had hoped to do some snowmobiling but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, instead we spent the weekend relaxing at this beautiful home which had everything we could have needed!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is tastefully decorated, provides super comfortable beds, and a kitchen with an abundance of dishes and cookware. We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had, not to mention the new appliances, and we love a gas stove! There is plenty of room for parking, we had 4 pickup trucks, 3 trailers, and 5 side by sides with yard space to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t thank you enough for sharing your home.

This house was exactly like the listing. It's gorgeous, spacious, and has absolutely everything you need, with plenty of extra bedding and towels. Would definitely stay here again!
