“I returned to the property at 8:30 pm on Saturday night of my reservation. My room key card did not work. I returned to the front desk to request it be rekeyed and no-one was on duty. I made every attempt to find an employee by calling every number I could find but no-one responded. Finally, after a very long wait, one employee appeared, obviously off-duty, to give me a new key. “Me and my daughter came to town for a film festival so we weren’t at the property very much throughout our stay. However, the rooms were clean. The grounds was well kept and the location was near a Walmart and gas stations had we needed anything in a pinch. It was also a fairly quiet location. Staff was nice; good coffee. ”
