“Cambodia in itself is a country I would never ever consider returning to. The surrounding area feels super unsafe and thus I was holed up in my hotel for the entire stay. The room does not even have a telephone so room service could not be ordered. A fish and chips with beer at the hotel cost $45, far more than any developed country in the world. “ボンケンコン地区、ボンケンコン通りとノロドム通りの間、毛沢東通り近くにある低層３階？建てのホテルです。大きな看板は立っていないので、トゥクトゥクで行く人はシルバータウンホテルで降りて下さい。道路を隔てた真向かい側にあります。 入り口を入るとプールがあり、そこにレセプションカウンター、食事用木製テーブルが並べてあり、リゾート気分を味わうことが出来ます。部屋にはシーリングファンがついており、広さも十分、小綺麗に清掃されています。ただ朝食はセットメニューで７種類位、コヒーを追加で頼むと別料金で1.5＄ほど取られます。朝食をしっかりとバイキングで食べたい人には向きません。そこが残念なところです。それ以外は滞在客も少なく、とても閑静なのでリゾート気分を味わえます。イオンにも近いので便利です。 ”

“The hotel was nice, the staff serviceminded. Unfortunately very noisy outside ( traffic and workers in the street) and when I wanted to go down to the reception in the night everybody was sleeping ( quite many people in the lobby). - Very positive to give us breakfast already at 6am ( although official opening at 06.30) as we had to leave, but then they had forgotten this...But fixed something! They did their best!”

“Camera molto spaziosa ma con piccola finestra dotata di vista sgradevole, per raggiungerla, dopo l'ascensore che conduce al piano, è stato necessario scendere alcuni scalini con la valigia, nel lavandino non era presente acqua calda e per fare la doccia era necessario azionare un congegno elettrico non proprio intuitivo. Il personale in genere era collaborativo. Nel complesso potremmo definirlo come consigliabile con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“Years back this must have been a great hotel. Now, it’s simply too old and lacks the investment. Reception lacked staff. Messages I kept sending through hotels.com were never responded to. So, 3 weeks later, I finally decided to give them a call to book my airport transfer. The size of the room and the food are the only 2 things that were pleasant about the hotel. Other than that, it totally needs a major renovation. It must include more staff on duty. The English proficiency of reception staff...
