“Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.”

It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed.
