“This is small local motel. It was clean and comfortable. There a liquor store across the state road and restaurant about 100yards down the road. It’s a no frills, convenient motel in the Catskills. Served its purpose well and I was on the slopes at Belleayre within 8min from the time I left.”

The owner lives on site, met me within two minutes of my arrival, and then gave me a brief and complete rundown of the property and the surrounding area highlights.
