"Room not ready at check-in. Said they would text, hour and a half later after no word waited back in registration line again. Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"The rooms were nice and spacious. We had 2 rooms, one was super cool stayed about 73 the other felt very hot, temp wouldn’t go below 77 which is very uncomfortable. The pool/ lazy river was not great. Lazy river barely moves, the whole area just looked extremely unkept and over crowded. The tubs ..."
