“This was indeed a charming property. We were intrigued by the rustic exterior, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely, comfortable interior. It was a pleasure to be out of the downtown Ashland traffic and noise, yet it was so easy to get there when we wanted to. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is actually even nicer than the photo shows, in that the couch is somewhat hidden in the photo behind the long, high table, the bathroom is very pleasant and functional and the location is quite quiet. Our dog loved it as well, in terms of settling in very comfortably.Mike was a superb host in terms of answering questions and otherwise communicating. “A weekend in Ashland was just what the doctor ordered! And this cottage was perfection! Margaret met us on arrival, and we entered our clean, comfortable, well-appointed, cozy “home”. The location is only a few blocks from downtown - shops, restaurants, bars, Shakespeare Festival - and it was a short drive to the wineries! All in all, a perfect place from which to enjoy Ashland!”

“Cozy 1 bedroom in an incredibly convenient location (could have walked to downtown if it wasn't 97 degrees). Owner generously stocks the rental with amenities, and AC, furniture and owner's responsiveness made for a very comfortable stay.”

“It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the little trailer, glamp cottage and it was so cute. Also enjoyed the private hot tub provided. We did some wine tasting, a flight of white and a flight of reds and enjoyed their fabulous cork and fork dinner. The location is beautiful. My travelling companion said if she didn’t know better she would think she was in Switzerland.”

“This is a really great spot to stay. I was attending a wedding in Central pPoint. Lots of wineries close by, hiking trails, and of course you can get into town pretty easily. Beautiful spots to enjoy the river are within minutes. There’s even a couple stores and restaurants that you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We actually really only spent our sleeping hours there. Bed was comfortable. Area is spacious, nice outside area. Very quiet. Property is very centered for the tourists attractions in the area.”

“Beautiful property! From the squirrels to the grapevine s, so much to look at across the large property! Very quiet! I would suggest reading the informational binder on the kitchen table. It has a lot of useful information like spot on food recommendations and also local emergency information. The history about the property and Elizabeth and Otto, gets you in a curious mood as you sit on the outdoor deck decompressing after a long day. “The hot tub was awesome, gorgeous of the river. Situated nicely between Medford and Grants pass with a short drive to either. Hosts were communicative and pleasant. All necessities that could be reasonably expected on site. Shower has great water pressure. ”

“Nice views and well fitted and stocked with everything we needed. We booked this for a short stop over on our way up I5 but it’s such a nice cottage and there appears to so many fun things to explore in the area, I’d like to come back and spend more time here. There was a little trouble getting access since we never received the email with the door code but management responded quickly to my message so it really wasn’t an issue.”
