I like that this hotel is right off the freeway. I didn’t like that the hotel was raggedy. Example, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the bathroom paint seems to be unfinished etc etc. This was my last time staying at a Comfort Inn.

The only plusses about our stay was that the staff was pleasant and the room was quiet. This property needs a major upgrade, maintenance and housekeeping help. I would not stay here again, would not recommend it to family or friends and wish we could either get our money back or I had spent more to stay elsewhere.

I stay here often and have had a great experience any other time. However this time the staff was rude and rolling her eyes every time she had to deal with me. My room card kept needing to be reactivated as well.

I was skeptical at first reading the other comments but stuck with it and it wasn’t bad. It’s a 3-star hotel and that’s it. I do feel it’s overpriced but that’s literally everything right now. Have I gotten a better value staying at the Drury Inn or even Holiday Inn Express? Absolutely. But the room was [mostly] clean. Nothing that was a complete deal killer. A little outdated with the furniture and I was worried the shower/bath faucets were going to break from the wall but that was about it. Would I stay here again? If I had to sure but not my immediate go-to. Other than that it was ok.

The TV didn't work and we stayed for 2 days. We were told by Kylie somebody would come up and fix it they did not. After I checked out I asked if I could use the restroom they said no sorry restrooms are only for patrons of the hotel. I had to drive to a gas station to use the restroom.

I always stay at this property because of the proximity to everything. It's actually a nice place. It does have a homeless population in the surrounding areas, but they keep away from the visitors and the property. Most staff is nice, but the desk staff can be pushy. I was lied twice on this visit about a maintenance issue. There was a leak coming from the vent in the bathroom. Maintenance never came to look at it. I think it was coming from the toilet above me. Stayed there last year. Seemed a bit less maintained than before. Seen several homeless sleeping on sidewalk across parking lot at empty businesses. That building was not empty last year. Made ya be more aware at night when coming in but still felt relatively safe.

Our room was on the ground floor right a cross from the guest washer and dryer. On numerous occasions you could here people talking outside our room. The last night of our stay there were people do laundry from 11pm to 2am, with the washer making all kinds of noise at 11:30pm. That and us having to get up at 3:30am to leave for the airport at 5am. The breakfast area was constantly out items. The first day of our stay they have Danish and apple juice, then no more the rest of our week long stay. Most days there were no sausages in the trays. Will not be staying in a Comforts suites hotel for a long time now. .

Overall the it appeared run down. Carpet needs replacing throughout the complex. The painting quality of the walls was very poor. They were missing fixtures in the bathroom for a towels. It just needs an overall update —-what was fabulous was the bed! One of the comfiest I’ve been in in years. Some areas of the hotel were very clean however the breakfast area the first day we arrived, was not attended to, and was a bit messy, and the tables were quite sticky.. The location was great for our needs..

A so-so experience
The best part of my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable, and I loved the assortment of pillows and their thicknesses. I appreciated they triple sheeted the bed. The lady who checked me in and out was great! The other front desk lady was less than professional. I had trouble getting into my room (305) every evening when I returned since neither of my key cards would work. I told the one lady I thought it might be the card reader since I would get no response for 5-6 times then I'd get a red light and then several times of nothing. She responded with minimal interest in my situation and stated I wasn't the card reader and if it was, she would have to call in the maintenance guy, which she did not appear to want to do. She re-entered both my key cards and I went up again and after multiple more attempts, I finally got in.

Overdue for a remodel
Our keys weren’t working the entire time after going down stairs and getting new ones. It smelled like mold when we got in the room initially. We had to leave the window open every time we left to keep it aired out. House keeping was definitely the highlight. She was very kind and helpful and cleaned our room really well. Definitely needs a remodel!

"The building might be old; that wouldn't be the problem. The issue is the neglect and lack of maintenance. Sofas and carpets are terribly dirty, and the elevator is poorly maintained. I had to end my stay earlier than planned."
