The property is 2 blocks from Downtown Glendale, near shops and restaurants. 6.6 miles from the Cardinals State Farm Stadium/ Westgate. PHX airport 20 minute, Dodgers practice stadium 7.7.
The house is broken up into 4 Individual private suites. Like a 4 plex property. No shared spaces

Suite A: located at the front of the property. Private entrance , washer/dryer, dinning table, large private shower, large private restroom, microwave , toaster, oven, stove, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutting board, Keurig
( coffee K- pods, disposable creamers, 3 different sugars , disposable coffee cups),
hair dryer, iron/ ironing board.
✳️We supply you with 4 large bath towels per guest, 2 hand towels, 4 wash clothes and two rolls of toilet paper, or more depending on length of stay. Toiletries offered, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap,dish soap and laundry soap
✳️The queen and full size bed comes with a fitted sheets, flat sheet, comforter, 2 king pillows, 2 standard pillows and an extra blanket. Complimentary snacks, water, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime live local tv. Your own private entrance and quite surroundings.
