The space
The entire space is for guests! Everything from the spices in the cabinet to the extra toothbrush in case you forgot yours is for guests to enjoy and make their trip comfortable.
All new floors, bathrooms, paint, kitchen, appliances and all furnishings are brand new and chosen to make our guests feel welcome and at home.
We provide extra linens, pillows and plenty of towels in addition to the everyday items like ironing board, laundry soap and basic bathroom toiletries.
The house is always cleaned with 100% eco friendly, natural cleaning products.
There is one covered parking place steps from the home or neighborhood parking directly in front of the back door, giving easy access to either entrance. STR#2028109.
Guest access
We have a coded entry lock for guests to let themselves in at their convenience and no need to worry about remembering the key! There are 2 doors; one opens to the courtyard and the pool (10’ away) and the other to the neighborhood of homes behind the space.
Guests are welcome to use any and all parts of the complex. There are 2 (heated!) pools, a propane grill, courtyard and laundry room.

In addition to this lovely new addition to our family, we have a 3 bed:2 bath home in flagstaff as well! Come spend some time in sunny Scottsdale and then make a trip to the Grand Canyon all in one. We offer special pricing for guests who would like to enjoy seeing all that Arizona has to offer!
