Nestled in the arms of a mountain, this open concept house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 private decks.

The Dome Palace is the perfect spot for an exciting adventure and or a relaxing vacation. Close to downtown Fountain Hills and the lake with the famous fountain. Golfing is close by and borders Scottsdale which is close to all the action. Party in Old Town Scottsdale which is only 30 min away. Truly one of a kind as there are only 2 dome homes in Fountain Hills that we are aware of.

The three bathrooms provide multiple options for showers, baths, and restroom use.

The open living room has a large sectional sofa, dry bar, and flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Loft:
Finally, the loft provides an additional sleeping space (is counted as a bedroom) with a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV

Game Room:
Games room also serves as a bedroom with adult bunk beds (queen sized), couch, shuffleboard, ping pong table, and smart tv.

HOT TUB
We want to ensure there is no interruption to your hot tub service during your stay.
VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE HOT TUB TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE HOT TUB AND OUR LINENS.
WARNING: THIS HOT TUB USES ENZYMES FOR CLEANING. IF YOU GO IN WITH FULL BODY LOTION/SUBSCREEN/BABY OIL/OVERFLOWING DRINKS, AND IF YOU URINATE IN THE HOT TUB, THE WATER WILL TURN GREEN FOR A FULL DAY UNTIL THE ENZYME ANIMALS CAN EAT UP ALL THE CRUD. THIS WILL MAKE THE HOT TUB UNUSABLE AND UNPLEASANT FOR ONE FULL DAY OUT OF YOUR RENTAL PERIOD.
IF WE HAVE TO SEND OUR HOT TUB MAINTENACE GUY OVER FOR ANY REASON HE DEEMS YOUR FAULT, WE WILL REPORT THIS TO AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SERVICE FEE OF $200.
Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Leaving the spa covers off when not in use results in the hot tub not retaining the heat and it takes longer to heat it up. This also allows dirt to enter the hot tub resulting in extensive repairs.
Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.
2ND AND FINAL WARNING: IF WE HAVE TO SEND OUR HOT TUB REPAIR TECHNICIAN OVER FOR ANY REASON HE DEEMS YOUR FAULT, WE WILL REPORT THIS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SERVICE FEE OF $200.
