Had a great time, but with a few annoyances.

The place is incredibly cute and looks just like the photos. The backyard is a fantastic place to hang out and the kitchen is massive with lots of things for cooking (however no salt/pepper). Unfortunately, when we first arrived our "check-in instructions" did not include the code for the front door and we had to call to get it... it took a few calls to get through before they answered. We were also surprised by the "for sale" sign in the front yard. Overall, the place was nice; however, the bunk beds were poorly put together and didn't feel safe to sleep on the top bunk due to excessive movement. There was no full-sized mirror in the entire house. The most disappointing thing about the whole house was the small amount of provisions they provided: a TINY bottle of dish soap, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and bars of soap in the bathroom. For a house that sleeps 10 guests, 4 rolls of toilet paper is hardly enough for 2 nights for 10 guests. And check-out required all dishes to be cleaned, but was impossible with the amount of dish soap provided. Overall - we had a blast and enjoyed our stay!

Great Spring Break Home

We were visiting Scottsdale for Spring Break with family friends. The home had plenty of room for our group! The kids loved the bunk beds and the vanity area. The pool was a hit and the outdoor space was nice for morning coffee and evening cookout too. We had a wonderful stay!!

Good place for large hroup

We were there for a family wedding. The house worked well and we recommend it. It was clean. Well stocked kitchen. Our only area of concern was with the property management company's communications. The staff was responsive but the automated checkin system left a lot to be desired. It's very impersonal.

Great stay at Prickly Pear

We stayed 11 nights at Prickly Pear and overall it was a great stay. The home is spacious and has a great set up for a large group. There are a ton of plates, glasses, and cutlery which was great as it didn't feel like we had to do dishes after every meal. The outdoor area was also large.The kitchen could use some additional pots and pans as well as the fridge only has shelves. A few of the finishes made it feel like a bachelorette/ bachelor party house and we felt with a bit more attention to detail in certain things could make it an exceptional place to stay for all types of guests.Location and size would make us want to stay here again overall a great experience.

Property not as described

The property was much older than what was represented in listing. One of the bedrooms was actually in the garage, complete with a concrete garage floor. The bathroom in the master bedroom was gross--there was a giant clump of hair on the shower wall and the walls and floors had mold. The carpets were all worn out and dirty looking.

Good stay but after no reply

This is handled by good night stay not VRBO. I’ve sent numerous emails to them regarding a pair of prescription sunglasses that were left there and gotten no response. If I had known they were handling it instead of Vrbo I would not have done it and will not do it again here’s what I sent; Left rx glasses, Please check and let us know if they are found and how you can send them back. I sent a few emails and gotten no response

Would recommend

We stayed for a bachelor party with 14. Our first night we got in late but we’re excited so we all hung out outside. Not being very courteous we had a speaker on outside late into the night. I appreciated the fact goodnight stay messaged me asking to quite down before taking action. We turned off the music and never had an issue the entire weekend. I would stay here again and recommend!

Scottsdale Fiesta!

Great stay in Old Town Scottsdale with extended family. Property location is great - just a short drive from lots of amenities, food, hiking, golf and shopping. Everything was as listed and check in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Great space

I stayed here with my family and my sisters family and our parents. It was perfect for what we needed. The converted garage was a great space for all the kids, the teens got their own space and all the couples had their own. It was thoughtfully decorated and furnished, the kitchen island was great for storage and meal prep. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again. Only thing that could be improved upon is the provision of some amenities like Shampoo/hand soap/dish soap/trash bags etc. had to run to the store for that stuff but other than that it was great.

One night stay

Overall, this property was nice because there was plenty of beds to sleep. It was right next to Old Town which was very convenient for a night out. I am very pleased with my stay! There is a camera in the backyard and a camera facing the front door for your safety. Thanks for having us!

Great Home

We were in town visiting family for the holidays and needed a place close to their home! I found this home and stayed with my two boys and mom and dad. While we were there, renovations were sill underway, but coming along very nicely. This home will be awesome come spring for a Spring Training/Golf trip. It has a very open living area and the kitchen has all the necessities for a large group. The office was very accommodating and helpful when I called. I will definitely consider staying at this home again and can't wait to see the finished back yard.
